Steve Barlow is tall and hairy, Steve Skidmore isn't! Together they are one of Britain's most popular comedy writing and performing double acts for young people. Steve Barlow lives in Somerset with his wife Cathy. When he's not writing, he enjoys sailing. Steve Skidmore lives in Leicester. He is a great rugby fan (he supports Leicester Tigers). The 2 Steves met over twenty years ago when they were both teaching in Nottingham. Since then they have written over 150 books together, including the action-packed Luke Challenger series for Usborne. They also travel the world performing at festivals and in schools where their shows are described as "Hilarious... brilliant... and mad!"
Martin Chatterton was born and raised in Liverpool, England in the 1960's. His books have been published in more than a dozen languages and have won or been shortlisted for numerous awards in the UK, US and Australia. After time spent as Creative Director with the design company he co-founded, Martin moved between the US and UK for five years before emigrating to Australia in 2004. He lives in Lennox Head in northern New South Wales and is married with two almost grown up children.
